More About Me

I’m a game and interactive experience producer with over 14 years of experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality games across PC, console, and mobile platforms. From internal IP to major licensed titles, I’ve produced projects from concept to launch — balancing creative ambition with schedule, budget, and team wellbeing.

I have overseen a portfolio of multi-million-dollar games and led a team of eight producers as an executive producer. I have been responsible for studio-wide resourcing, production standards, process improvements, and mentorship — ensuring our teams stayed aligned, efficient, and supported at every stage of development.

I’ve built and optimized pipelines for 3D art, audio, and gameplay implementation, working with global partners like Disney, Niantic, and Skywalker Sound. I also have experience in driving new business through scoping, proposals, and contract negotiation, while maintaining delivery quality and stakeholder trust across both client work and original IP.

My foundation in agile methodologies has been a core part of my success — I have introduced and ran agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban across teams. From daily standups to sprint retros, I keep teams focused, adaptive, and moving forward together.
